20-Year Limited Warranty
Intense® SC-1 Mattress
Sleep and Comfort Products™ Corporation, warrants that your Intense® Mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the Viscotec material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch, not associated with a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform. It also covers any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. If such defects occur during the remaining ten (10) years of this limited warranty we will, at our option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to you. During the first year of the prorated, 10-year period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period. It is understood that the mattress Foundation is warranted against manufacturer defects and structural flaws under the same stipulations as above. The Intense® Mattress cover is warranted for two (2) years against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges. You must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Sleep and Comfort Products™ Corporation, warrants that your Intense® Butterfly
Pillow will
be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it
be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects
during the first one and one half (1.5 ) years of the warranty, excluding the specific
limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty
does not include a normal increase in softness of the Viscotec material
or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect
the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. It does cover any deterioration
in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the pillow
to
have a visible indentation greater than three-fourths (0.75) of an inch.
During the first year of the prorated, 1.5-year
period, the prorated replacement charge will be fifty (50) percent of
the original purchase price. The prorated charge will increase by five
